摘　　要：目的探讨移动医院模式下手术方舱的建立与管理体会。方法国家紧急医学救援队伍建立,西北地区首家坐落于陕西省人民医院,近两年内联合陕西省各地市救援队伍开展多次野外生存拉练,模拟受灾伤员救治。移动医院由特种车辆改成而来,是与多功能充气帐篷连接而成。集医疗、医技、药房于一体的救治场所,可快速搭建组成,救治过程中可以满足所有应急救援队员生活需要。医疗硬件运用现代的先进医疗仪器设备及应用互联网技术进行会诊。结果国家级紧急医学救援队经过多次模拟演练均取得较好的效果,为以后的实战积攒了宝贵的经验。结论手术室护理是应急救援中不可缺少的部分,承担着手术物资准备、临时手术室建立、现场施救以及接收批量伤员手术等关键工作。在地震等突发事件时,手术方舱是移动医院的一个独立单元,也是救援必不可少的,手术方舱的管理显得尤为重要。Objective To share the experience of establishing and managing the operation shelter under the mode of mobile hospital.Methods The first national emergency medical team in Northwest China was established,located in Shaanxi Provincial People's hospital.In the past two years,it has carried out many field survival exercises in various cities of Shaanxi Province to simulate the treatment of disaster victims.The mobile hospital is transformed from a special vehicle and connected with a multifunctional inflatable tent.The treatment place integrating medical treatment,medical technology and pharmacy can be quickly built to meet the living needs of all emergency medical team members in the treatment process.It uses modern advanced medical instruments and hardware equipment as well as Internet technology for consultation.Results The national emergency medical team achieved good results after many simulation exercises,and accumulated valuable experience for the actual combat in the future.Conclusion Operating nursing is an indispensable part of emergency rescue.It undertakes the key work such as the preparation of operating materials,the establishment of temporary operating room,on-site rescue and receiving batch operation of the wounded.In earthquake and other emergencies,the operation shelter is an independent unit of the mobile hospital,and it is also essential for rescue.The management of the operation shelter is particularly important.
