摘　　要：目的分析总结武汉亚心总医院直升机医疗救护转运案例及其特点,为区域性航空医疗急救体系建设提供参考。方法以2019年7月—2020年12月武汉亚心总医院直升机医疗救护案例为研究对象,对患者年龄、疾病种类、直升机转运涉及的区域、直升机响应时间、航程、派遣飞行时间、地面接驳时间、空中转运时间等进行统计分析。结果直升机院间转运患者50例,年龄8 d~83岁;病种主要以心血管系统疾病为主,共34例(68%),其次是神经系统疾病8例(16%),外伤5例(10%),其他疾病3例(6%);气管插管转运16例(32%);转运区域包括湖北省内41例(82%)和湖北省外9例(18%);任务响应时间最短为18 min,最长为109 min,平均响应时间为40 min,航程最近98 km,最远621 km,派遣飞行平均航程230 km,派遣飞行平均时间73 min,地面接驳平均时间51 min,空中转运平均时间67 min,总任务平均时间258 min。结论医院主导的航空医疗救护服务模式在转运危重症患者中发挥了巨大作用,为区域性航空医疗急救体系建设提供了实践依据和有益的借鉴。Objective To summarize the experience of air medical service by analyzing the helicopter emergency service cases and their characteristics in Wuhan Aisa General Hospital,so as to provide reference for the construction of regional air medical service system.Methods From July 2019 to December 2020,the helicopter emergency medical service cases of Wuhan Aisa General Hospital were taken as the research objects,and the data such as the age of patients,disease types,areas of the helicopter emergency service,helicopter response time,flight distance,dispatch flight time,ground connection time and air transfer time were statistically analyzed.Results There were 50 cases of helicopter inter hospital transfer,aged from 8 days to 83 years old.The main diseases were cardiovascular system diseases in 34 cases(68%),followed by nervous system diseases in 8 cases(16%),trauma in 5 cases(10%),other diseases in 3 cases(6%),endotracheal intubation transfer in 16 cases(32%).The transfer area included 41 cases(82%)in Hubei Province and 9 cases(18%)outside Hubei Province.The shortest task response time was 18 min.The average response time is 40 min,the shortest flight distance is 98 km,the farthest is 621 km,the average dispatch flight distance is 230 km,the average dispatch flight time is 73 min,the average ground connection time is 51 min,the average air transfer time is 67 min,and the average total mission time is 258 min.Conclusion Helicopter emergency medical service of Wuhan Aisa General Hospital plays an important role in the transportation of critically ill patients with cardiovascular and nervous system,which provides practical basis and useful reference for the construction of regional air medical service system.
