摘 要:电动机作为现代工业的重要动力来源,在目前“双碳战略”的政策背景下,探究如何改善其节能环保和稳定工作的性能是一个重要的课题。目前广泛使用的重载机械传动装置是感应电机+减速器的模式,由于感应电机本身的特性,难以实现变频控制,且在低速下运行不平稳,而减速器的存在既降低了传动的效率,又增大了整个机械装置的维护工作量。综上所述,这种重载装置不能适应节能环保的需要。而低速大转矩永磁同步电动机能够在低速时稳定运行,并且输出的转矩足够大,加上高效率、维护工作量小、尺寸设计灵活等特点,使用低速大转矩永磁同步电动机替代传统重载传动装置将是工业的一个重要发展方向。As the important power source of modern industry,under the current policy background of“Double Carbon Strategy”,it is an important subject to explore how to improve its performance of energy saving,environmental protection and stable work.Presently,the widely used heavy-duty mechanical transmission device is the mode of an induction motor with a reducer.Because of the characteristics of induction motor,it is difficult to realize frequency conversion control,and the operation is unstable at low speed.Furthermore,the reducer not only reduces the transmission efficiency,but also increases the maintenance workload of the whole mechanical device.To sum up,this heavy-duty device cannot meet the needs of energy conservation and environmental protection.However,the low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor can run stably at low speed,and the output torque is large enough.In addition,it has the characteristics of high efficiency,low maintenance workload and flexible size design.It will be an important development direction for industrial sites to use low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor instead of traditional heavy-duty transmission devices.
