摘  要:设计提出了一种钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)梁纵筋贯通、方钢管开矩形洞并补强的新型RC梁-钢管混凝土(concrete filled steel tube,CFST)柱节点。为研究该新型节点的受力性能,设计并制作了6个足尺寸试件,包括2个开洞并补强的CFST柱试件和4个RC梁-CFST柱节点试件。通过开展静力和拟静力试验研究,得出了试件的破坏特征、承载能力和抗震性能。结果表明:在节点区增加钢管壁厚进行开洞的等面积补强可以使开洞尺寸对柱试件轴压承载力的影响较小;梁柱节点试件呈现出RC梁端塑性铰延性破坏,且节点试件的滞回曲线有明显捏缩现象,均出现较明显的强度与刚度退化;当柱轴压比由0.3增大到0.6时,中柱节点的承载力和等效黏滞阻尼系数分别降低了2.7%和6.0%;梁柱节点试件的平均位移延性系数为3.2,展现出良好的变形能力。试验研究表明,该新型RC梁-CFST柱节点具有较好的抗震性能,能够实现“强节点弱构件”的设计目标。This paper provides a new type of joint between reinforced concrete(RC)beam with continuous reinforced bars and concrete filled steel tube(CFST)column with rectangular openings.In order to investigate the structural performance of this new type of joint,a total of 6 full scale specimens were designed and manufactured,including 2 CFST column specimens with different openings and 4 RC beam-to-CFST column joint specimens.Static and quasi-static loading tests on the 6 specimens were carried out,respectively.The failure characteristics,load-carrying capacities and seismic performances of the test specimens were obtained.It was shown that the opening size had little effect on the load-carrying capacity of the column specimens when the plate thickness was increased in the joint area to achieve equal cross-sectional area;all the tested joints exhibited the ductile failure mode with plastic hinges emerged at RC beam ends,the obtained hysteresis curves from the joints had obvious pinching phenomenon,and the degradations of strength and stiffness were obvious;the ultimate load-carrying capacity and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the interior column joint decreased by 2.7%and 6.0%,respectively,when the axial compression ratio increased from 0.3 to 0.6;the average value of the displacement ductility coefficient was equal to 3.2,indicating satisfactory deformation capacity.Consequently,it was demonstrated that the new RC beam-CFST column joint displayed favorable seismic performance,and achieved the design concept of strong joint and weak components.
