摘 要:为保障冬奥会延庆赛区供水安全,本工程提出采用高效澄清、臭氧生物活性炭与超滤膜组合工艺处理白河堡水库微污染原水,并介绍了该工艺在冬奥会集中供水厂中的设计参数与应用效果。在设计中采用超滤膜技术作为深度处理工艺,将超滤膜系统置于活性炭过滤罐之后,在进一步降低水中浊度、有效控制“两虫”、细菌等指标的同时,还可截留活性炭过滤罐脱落的细菌聚体,防止其进入清水池,避免了生物活性炭过滤可能引发的生物风险问题。实际运行结果表明,该工艺可确保出厂水浊度<0.1 NTU,工艺设备运行稳定,处理效果好,供水安全性高,可为其他类似工程的设计提供参考。In order to ensure the safety of water supply in Yanqing competition area of the Winter Olympic Games,The project proposes to adopt the combined process of high efficiency clarification,ozone biological activated carbon and ultrafiltration membrane to treat the micro polluted source water of Baihepu Reservoir,and introduced the design parameters and application effect of the process in the centralized water supply plant for the Winter Olympic Games.In the design,the ultrafiltration membrane technology is used as the advanced treatment process,The ultrafiltration membrane system is placed after the activated carbon filter tank,While further reducing the turbidity in the water and effectively controlling the indicators such as"two insects"and bacteria,it can also intercept the bacterial aggregates falling off from the activated carbon filter tank to prevent them from entering the clean water tank,so as to avoid the biological risk problems that may be caused by biological activated carbon filtration.The actual operation results show that the process can ensure that the turbidity of factory water is lower than 0.1 NTU,The process equipment has stable operation,good treatment effect and high water supply safety.The paper can provied reference for other similar engineering design.
