摘　　要：针对联合作战指挥与控制具体实施问题,分析3种指挥与控制方法的基本思想,指出对应的工程控制方法;结合工程控制方法的特点,分析各指挥与控制方法的关键环节;针对这些关键环节,提出各级指挥机构在实施联合作战指挥与控制过程中应重点关注的问题.On the implementation of joint operation command and control,the control thought of three command and control methods via classical control theory are analyzed,and the corresponding control methods in engineering are pointed out.The key links of three methods are given according to the characteristics of related control methods in engineering.The key issues concerned by the command agencies at all levels are presented in the process of implementing joint operation command and control.
