摘 要:高炉休复风是高炉冶炼过程中的阶段性常规操作,然而部分高炉因休复风操作不当而出现炉况长期波动,无法快速达产的现象,因此,高炉休复风制度的优化改良成为研究热点。本文通过对钢铁企业不同类型的高炉休复风操作制度与炉况状态进行总结分析,发现高炉休复风操作难点在于高炉休风后炉缸热量的控制、复风过程中炉况恢复进度的把控以及复风后全炉压差的控制。通过借鉴钢铁企业已有的优秀操作经验,期望可以为优化高炉休复风操作制度提供一定指导,使高炉从休风迅速恢复至正常冶炼状态。Blast furnace ventilating is a regular operation in the smelting process.However,some blast furnace conditions fluctuate for a long time due to improper operation of blast furnace ventilating.Therefore,the optimization and improvement of blast furnace ventilating system has become a research hotspot.Through summarizing and reviewing the operation system and condition of blast furnace in different types of blast furnace in iron and steel enterprises,it is found that the difficulty of blast furnace ventilating operation lies in the control of heat of hearth after ventilating,the control of the progress of furnace condition restoring in the process of ventilating and the control of the pressure difference of whole furnace after ventilating.By drawing from the existing excellent operation experience of iron and steel enterprises,it is expected to provide theoretical and data support for solving the above operation difficulty and optimizing the operation system of blast furnace wind-off and wind-back,so as to achieve the purpose of rapidly restoring the blast furnace from wind-off to normal smelting state.
