摘 要:为了分析薄规格耐磨钢表面的热处理斑点缺陷产生的原因,分别对没有斑点缺陷的(正常产品)及存在斑点缺陷的耐磨钢产品表面的氧化层厚度、微观组织、洛氏硬度进行了考察和比较。结果表明,正常产品表面的氧化层厚度平均值为3.50μm,脱碳层厚度平均值为23.91μm,洛氏硬度平均值为43.0 HRC;斑点缺陷部位的氧化层厚度平均值为9.85μm,洛氏硬度平均值为45.0 HRC,并且没有发现脱碳层。薄规格耐磨钢在淬火前的加热和保温过程中,其表面存在的氧化和脱碳不均匀现象是造成斑点缺陷的主要原因;在淬火前的加热和保温过程中采用N_(2)+H_(2)混合气作为保护气氛,在热处理之前对热轧板进行喷砂等表面处理,是抑制乃至消除斑点缺陷的有效手段。In order to analyze the causes of spot defects on the surface of thin gauge wear-resistant steel after quenching and low-temperature annealing heat treatment,the oxide layer thickness,microstructure and Rockwell hardness of wear-resistant steel products without spot defects(normal products)and with spot defects were investigated and compared.The results indicated that the average thickness of oxide layer,decarburization layer and Rockwell hardness of normal products are 3.50μm,23.91μm and 43.0 HRC respectively.At the spot defect sites,the average oxide layer thickness is 9.85μm,and the average Rockwell hardness is 45.0 HRC,and no decarburization layer is found.The uneven oxidation and decarburization on the surface of thin gauge wear-resistant steel during heating and soaking before quenching is the main cause of spot defects.Using N_(2)+H_(2) mixture as the protective atmosphere during heating and soaking before quenching,surface treatment such as sand blasting before heat treatment,are effective methods to reduce and eliminate spot defects.
