摘 要:口罩的密合性是有效防护传染性疾病的关键因素。为了提高口罩密合性,首先基于逆向工程技术获取个体的面部特征,完成个性化口罩支架造型设计。其次,通过有限元静力分析得到口罩支架的应力,以及与绳带连接点处的位移,据此确定了优化的约束条件。然后以最小体积为设计目标,以最大Von-Mises应力和连接处的最大位移为约束,以单元密度为设计变量,采用变密度法完成支架的轻量化设计。最后,根据拓扑优化结果再建支架模型,并通过有限元静力分析验证了优化设计的合理性。结果表明:在满足所有约束条件下,优化后的支架质量降低了约70%,在绳带拉力的作用下变形很小,且变形趋势有利于提高口罩与面部的贴合。The tightness of mask is the key factor for effective protection against infectious diseases.In order to improve the tightness of mask,firstly,the individual facial features are obtained based on reverse engineering technology,and the personalized mask support model is established.Secondly,the stress of the mask support and the displacement at the connection point with the rope are obtained by the finite element static analysis,and the optimal constraints are determined.Then,taking the minimum volume as the design object,the maximum Von-Mises stress and the maximum displacements at the connection as the constraints,and the element density as the design variable,the lightweight design of the support is completed by using the variable density method.Finally,the support model is rebuilt according to the topology optimization results,and the rationality of the optimization design is verified by finite element static analysis.The results show that the quality of the optimized support is reduced by about 70%under all constraints,and the deformation is very small under the action of rope tension,also the deformation trend is conducive to improve the fitness between the mask and the face.
