摘 要:对渐开线变位齿轮全齿廓各曲线段进行精确的参数化建模,依据齿轮范成加工原理,针对典型的齿条型和齿轮型刀具,区分其齿角是尖角和圆角情况,应用齐次坐标变换及齿廓法线法,建立各自不同的齿廓过渡曲线方程。使用MATLAB GUI编程实现了齿轮全齿廓数据的仿真计算,通过仿真结果可见:不同刀具类型和圆角大小对生成的过渡曲线曲率的影响不同;对于同一种刀具,加工同样参数的齿轮,齿顶圆角r0越小,过渡曲线曲率半径越小。通过Excel宏命令接口,将数据导入CATIA建模界面中,实现了齿轮实体模型的创建,为后续进行齿轮机构的强度分析、应力检验、干涉检测等问题的研究奠定基础。In this paper,the accurate parametric modeling of the complete tooth profile curve of involute modified gear is carried out.According to the gear generation processing principle,tooth angles of the typical rack type and gear type cutting tools are differentiated as the sharp and rounded cases;different tooth profile transition curve equations are established respectively by using the homogeneous coordinate transformation law and the tooth profile normal method.The simulation calculation of the whole tooth profile data of gear teeth is realized by Matlab GUI programming.The simulation results show that different tool types and fillet sizes have different effects on the curvature of the generated transition curve;for the same tool,when matching gears of the same parameter,the smaller the tooth top filletr0is,the smaller the curvature radius of the transition curve is.Through the Excel Macro Command interface,the data is imported into CATIA modeling interface to realize the creation of gear solid model,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research on strength analysis,stress inspection,interference inspection and other problems of gear mechanism.
