摘 要:现有的等离子旋转电极雾化制粉高速旋转驱动机构存在随转速的提高振动明显增加从而制约转速、浪费贵重原材料等问题。针对上述驱动机构的不足,提出一种母材驱动机构,该机构利用中空电机转子通过静摩擦力带动中心加工有锥孔的圆柱体胀套旋转,进而带动穿装进胀套的锥柄旋转,锥柄通过螺钉和定位销与制粉母材连接,从而带动母材旋转进行制粉。通过对胀套和锥柄的受力分析及强度分析,验证了机构的运行状况及有效性。为保证等离子旋转电极雾化制粉安全平稳运行,并且一定程度上在提高母材旋转速度方面提供了一种新思路。The existing high speed rotary driving mechanism for milling by plasma rotary electrode has some problems,such as the vibration increases obviously with the increase of speed,which restricts the speed and wastes the valuable raw materials.Aiming at the shortcomings of the above driving mechanism,a base metal driving mechanism is proposed in this article.The mechanism uses a rotor of hollow motor to drive the cylindrical expansion sleeve with conical holes processed in the center to rotate through static friction force,and then drives the taper shank mounted into the expansion sleeve to rotate.The taper shank is connected with the base metal by screw and location pin,thus driving the base metal to rotate for milling.Through the force analysis and strength analysis of expanding sleeve and taper shank,the movement condition and the effectiveness of the mechanism are verified.It provides a new idea to ensure the safe and smooth operation for milling by plasma rotary electrode and to improve the rotation speed of base metal to a certain extent.
