摘 要:针对潜水器采集的宏生物等深海生物从采集到转移过程中无法满足原位保真的技术现状,通过舷外充油半导体制冷片组主动控温,耐压壳外串联常压储水箱泄压与高压氮气瓶补压实现装置上浮和下潜过程的原位压力维持,完成了基于潜水器搭载的深海生物原位保温保压装置的技术方案,对该装置的耐压球壳及舱口盖盖板进行了设计计算,并对装置功能及各系统的工作原理进行了介绍。研究结果表明:深海生物原位保温保压装置通过耐压壳体内样品存储,结合舱口盖的自动启闭,并通过主动控温及原位压力维持的技术途径是切实可行的。In view of the fact that the deep sea creatures collected by submersibles such as macro-biology cannot achieve the in-situ fidelity from collection to transfer,the outboard oil-filled semiconductor refrigeration unit is used to control the temperature actively,and the in-situ pressure maintenance during the floating and diving process of the device is realized through the pressure relief of the atmospheric water storage tank outside the pressure shell and the pressure compensation of the high-pressure nitrogen bottle;thus the technical scheme of the in-situ temperature and pressure preserving device for deep sea creatures based on the submersible is completed.The pressure-resistant spherical shell and hatch cover of the device are designed and calculated;then functions of the device and the working principle of each system are introduced.The research results show that the in-situ temperature and pressure preserving device for deep sea creatures is feasible through the storage of samples in the pressure-resistant shell,combined with the automatic opening and closing of the hatch cover,and active temperature control and in-situ pressure maintenance.
