摘  要:描述了电连接器在机载电子设备中的作用,并着重介绍了后矩形连接器在设备连接和使用中的优势。通过分析后矩形连接器的安装与定位,提出一种避免安装过定位的后部紧固方法,并针对实例中连接紧固方式的结构薄弱部位展开分析,采用提高安装架刚度和增加设备后部约束的方式减小了连接器的受力。试验证明此加固措施能够满足后矩形连接器在大量值,长时间条件下使用的可靠性要求。In this paper,role of the electrical connectors for airborne electronic equipment is described,focusing on the advantages of the rear rectangular connectors in equipment connection and application.By analyzing the installation and positioning of the rear rectangular connector,a way of avoiding over-position at the back of the equipment is put forward;and then analysis on the weak parts of the connection fastening method in an example is carried out.The force of connector is reduced by improving rigidity of the mounting frame and increasing constraints on the rear of the equipment.The verification test proves that the reinforcement measure can meet the reliability requirements of the rear rectangular connector in large value and long time condition.
