摘  要:针对目前交通信号机的老化设备占地大、安全性差、耗能高、自动化程度低等缺点,设计了一种新型老化设备。根据设备内部负载的分布和发热功率,选择合理的散热方式,并使用热仿真软件,分析多种散热方案,基于仿真结果进行设备结构优化;制造样机,选取测温点安装温度传感器,测试不同散热条件下的测温点温度,并将试验结果与仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:仿真模型的计算结果与试验结果有较好的一致性,能较好地模拟现实情况下老化设备内部的散热效果;老化设备能够可靠、稳定地实现交通信号机控制主机的批量老化。Aiming at the disadvantages of the current burn-in equipment of traffic signal controller,such as taking up a lot of space,poor safety,high energy consumption and low degree of automation,a new type of burn-in equipment is designed in this article.According to the thermal load distribution and heating power inside the equipment,a reasonable heat dissipation method is selected;various heat dissipation schemes are analyzed through thermal simulation software;and the equipment structure is optimized based on the simulation results.The prototype is manufactured,then the temperature measurement point are selected to install the temperature sensors so as to measure the temperature of the point under different heat dissipation conditions,and the test results are compared with the simulation results.The results show that the calculation results of the simulation model are in good agreement with the test results,which can simulate the internal heat dissipation effect of the burn-in equipment under real conditions appropriately;the burn-in equipment can reliably and stably realize the burn in of the traffic signal control host.
