摘 要:纯水冷却技术是大功率电力电子装置冷却的主要技术,纯水冷却系统准确合理的设计、稳定可靠的运行同电力电子装置同等重要。电力电子装置及其纯水冷却系统在平原地区的应用已有很多工程经验,但在高原地区的设计和应用案例还很少。以空气冷却器为散热终端的纯水冷却系统,是以水为媒介把电力电子装置的热损耗散发到空气当中,其中空气冷却器的设计性能对电力电子装置的安全稳定运行至关重要。以西藏曲哥220 kV变电站静止无功补偿装置晶闸管阀纯水冷却系统的空气冷却器为例,介绍了空气冷却器在高原地区的设计经验,为纯水冷却系统在其他高海拔地区的工程应用提供借鉴经验。Pure water cooling technology is the main technology for cooling high power electronic device;accurate and reasonable design,stable and reliable operation of pure water cooling system are as important as power electronic devices.There are many engineering experiences in the application of power electronic devices and the pure water cooling systems in plain areas,but there are few examples of design and application in high altitude areas.The pure water cooling system with air cooler as the heat dissipation terminal radiates the heat loss of power electronic devices into the air with water as the medium;and the design performance of air cooler is very important for the safe and stable operation of power electronic devices.In this paper,taking the air cooler of thyristor valve pure water cooling system in Tibet Quge 220 kV substation static var compensator as an example,the design experience of air cooler in plateau area is introduced;it provides reference experience for the engineering application of pure water cooling system in other high altitude areas.
