摘  要:针对煤炭企业地面供电系统可靠性较低的现状,以其10 kV开关柜为研究对象,开展了10 kV开关柜监控系统的设计工作。根据地面10 kV开关柜的结构特点和监测需求,完成了监测系统总体结构、传感器选型、数据处理模块、总线系统、软件工作流程和人机交互界面的设计工作。通过在线检测分析得出,母排与隔离开关触头温度监测精度在0.5%以内,真空度监测效果明显,绝缘电阻监测结果精度处于1%以内,能够满足矿井井下电缆绝缘电阻监测要求。多次试验结果表明,断路器机械性能监测和断路器动作事件记录同样准确可靠,改善了煤炭企业地面供电系统可靠性较低的现状。In view of the low reliability of the ground power supply system in coal enterprises,design of monitoring system for10kV switch cabinet is carried out with 10kV switch cabinet as the research object. According to the structural characteristics and monitoring requirements of the ground 10kV switchgear,the overall structure of the monitoring system,sensor selection,data processing module,the bus system,software workflow and human-computer interaction interface are designed. It is concluded through the online detection and analysis that the temperature monitoring accuracy of busbar and isolation switch contact is less than 0.5%,the vacuum degree monitoring effect is obvious,and the insulation resistance monitoring accuracy is less than 1%,which can meet the requirements of underground cable insulation resistance monitoring in mines. The results of several tests show that the mechanical performance monitoring and the circuit breaker action event record are also accurate and reliable,which improves the low reliability of ground power supply system in the coal enterprises.
