摘  要:Emax2智能断路器主要应用在工业设备、海上应用、传统发电、数据中心等低压电气系统领域,针对目前传统断路器测量电流精度低准确性差问题,分析了影响智能断路器Emax2测量电流精度的影响因素,并提出实验方案,通过采集实际回路电流与断路器自身的电流采集分析对比,再重新计算补偿Rogowski系数值方法,使Emax2断路器PR达到较高的测量精度水平,适合更复杂的监控系统,达到提高Emax2智能断路器的电流测量精度,提高电气系统的可靠性和稳定性。The Emax2 breaker is mainly used in the industrial equipment,offshore applications,conventional power generation,data centers and other low-voltage electrical systems.Aiming at the problem of low current measurement accuracy and poor accuracy of traditional circuit breaker,the factors affecting the current measurement accuracy of the intelligent circuit breaker Emax2 are analyzed,and the experimental scheme is also proposed.In this experiment,the actual circuit current is collected and compared with the current of the circuit breaker itself;then the method of compensating Rogowski coefficient is recalculated.This enables Emax2 circuit breaker PR to have a higher level of measurement accuracy and is more suitable for more complex monitoring systems to improve the current measurement accuracy of the Emax2 intelligent circuit breaker and improve the reliability and stability of the electrical system.
