摘 要:针对企业近期出现的汽车杯型倒挡垫圈烧结发泡现象,结合粉末冶金原理进行分析,通过对生产工艺流程及参数进行分析、排查,确定了产生该现象的根本原因在于原材料中添加剂发生了变化,其挥发温度远远低于原添加剂挥发温度,从而在烧结零件表面产生了发泡等缺陷。通过调整改进工艺,从根本上彻底消除这一不良现象,为生产正常有序进行提供保障。Combined with the sintering principle of powder metallurgy,the bubbling phenomenon of cup-shaped reverse washer in sintering recently is analyzed in this paper.Through analysis and investigation of the production process and parameters,the fundamental cause of this phenomenon is determined by the change of additives in the raw material.The volatilization temperature of the additive in the raw material is much lower than that of the original additive,so bubbles and other defects occur on the surface of the sintered parts.By adjusting the process,the phenomenon is solved completely and the production is carried on normally and orderly.
