摘  要:HTIG焊接技术可以实现低碳钢最大8 mm,不锈钢最大12 mm对接不开坡口双面成型,可以有效提高焊接质量,提高工作效率,降低施工成本,在船舶管路焊接方面,尤其是不锈钢管路焊接方面有较广阔的应用空间。某船厂针对HTIG焊接技术应用方面存在的问题进行实践分析并严格按照试焊、外观检测、NDT检测和机械性能检测的流程进行测试。在测试结果合格的基础上引进了HTIG专用焊接设备进行试用。在试用过程中对逐步暴露的若干问题给出了有效的解决措施和建议。The HTIG welding technology can achieve one side welding both sides formation for mild steel with thickness of8mm at most and for 12mm stainless steel butt without groove,which can improve the welding quality effectively,enhance the working efficiency and reduce the construction cost significantly.So it has a broad application space in the manufacture of ship pipelines,especially for the stainless steel pipe line.A shipyard has made a full investigation on this welding technology,and has carried out tests strictly in accordance with the process of trial welding,appearance inspection,NDT inspection and mechanical performance inspection.On the basis of qualified test results,the shipyard introduced HTIG special welding equipment for trial use.In the process of trial,several problems are gradually exposed,and the effective suggestions are provided to solve the problems after analysis and verification.
