摘  要:数控宏程序简洁明了,逻辑严密,通用性强,编制出来的数控程序具有很强的可操作性及实战性。文中以某零件中涉及的线性关系结构特征为例,抽取出一次函数模型,分析了数控宏程序与一次函数内部关系,总结出一般的编程思路及步骤,编制出该零件对应的宏程序,并将此宏程序设置成通用模板,后续类似零件只需更改变量赋值即可使用。结果表明该方法效果显著,极大提高了类似件的编程效率及可靠性,减少大量重复编程的工作。The NC macro program is concise,with strict logic and strong versatility,and the compiled NC macro program has strong operability and practicalness.In this paper,the linear relation structure of a part is taken as an example,the first-order function model is extracted,the internal relations between the macro-program and the first-order function are analyzed,and the general programming ideas and steps are summarized;the corresponding macro program of the part is programmed,and the macro program is set as a general template;and then the subsequent similar parts can be used only by changing the variable assignment.The results show that the method is effective,it greatly improves the programming efficiency and reliability of the similar parts,and reduces a lot of repeated programming work.
