摘　　要：以中国官方辟谣平台发布的辟谣话语为研究对象,探讨官媒的话语建构策略。结果发现:就辟谣话语的标题建构而言,官媒主要采用标签策略、句法策略和情绪渲染策略;就辟谣话语的文本建构而言,官媒以诉诸理性为主,强调程式化与多元化相结合的叙事结构,同时兼顾语言文字与视觉元素并用的多模态话语方式。基于此,从环境、主体和话语维度出发,提出了官媒辟谣机制优化对策,即完善辟谣硬性规制,营造良好辟谣环境;探索联合辟谣模式,实现多元主体共治;提升话语内容质量,完善辟谣话语机制。Taking the rumor refutation discourse released by China's official rumor refutation platform as the research object,this paper discusses the discourse construction strategy of the official media.The research results show that as far as the headline construction of rumor refutation discourse is concerned,the official media mainly use labeling strategy,syntactic strategy and emotional rendering strategy.As for the text construction of rumor refutation discourse,the official media mainly appeal to rationality,emphasize the narrative structure of the combination of stylization and diversification,and take into account the multimodal discourse mode of the combination of language and visual elements.Given this,countermeasures are proposed from the dimensions of environment,subject,and discourse to optimize the effectiveness of rumor refutation in Chinese official media.Specifically,it is essential to perfect the hard-and-fast rules and foster a favorable rumor refutation environment;to build the joint rumor refutation model and achieve co governance of multiple subjects;and to improve the quality of discourse content and perfect the discourse mechanism of rumor refutation.
