摘 要:为了探讨去除太白贝母种子种皮的条件,实验采用低浓度的NaOH溶液浸泡法,探究种皮去除过程中NaOH溶液浓度、浸泡温度和浸泡时间对去皮效果的影响,进而选出最佳去皮条件。实验结果表明,NaOH溶液浓度为1.8%、浸泡温度为50℃,浸泡时间为10min时去除种皮的效果最好。NaOH溶液浸泡法是一种有效的去除太白贝母种子种皮的方法,实验为研究太白贝母种子休眠过程提供技术依据。In order to study conditions for removing the seed coat of Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li,the method of solution soaking with low concentration NaOH was used to explore the effects of NaOH solution concentration,soaking temperature and soaking time on the removal of seed coat.The results showed that the most suitable concentration for removing the seed coat was 1.8%NaOH solution,soaking temperature was 50℃and soaking time was 10 min.NaOH solution soaking method is an effective method to remove the seed coat of Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li.This experiment provides a scientific basis for the release of physiological dormancy of Fritillaria taipaiensis seeds.
