摘  要:为探索水杨酸(SA)和茉莉酸(JA)诱导茶树对茶饼病的抗性并指导其防治。以5个茶树品种为试验材料,研究在茶饼病胁迫下SA和JA含量变化。用外源SA和JA处理茶树调查发病率和病情指数的变化。得出紫娟、佛香4号和群体种感染茶饼病后SA和JA含量均升高,用外源JA和SA处理茶树其茶饼病发病率和病情指数明显低于对照。说明SA和JA能诱导茶树对茶饼病的抗性。The resistance of tea tree to Exobasidium vexans Massee was induced by SA and JA to control this disease.Five tea varieties were used as experimental materials,the content change of SA and JA was study under stress of Exobasidium vexans Massee.Exogenous SA and JA were used to investigate the change of the incidence and disease index of tea tree.The results showed that the contents of SA and JA in Zijuan,Foxiang No.4 and local species increased after infected with Exobasidium vexans Massee.The incidence and disease index treated with exogenous JA and SA were significantly lower than CK.The results indicated that SA and JA could induce resistance to Exobasidium vexans Massee.
