摘 要:根据2020全国两会精神,我国正大力推进城镇老旧小区及既有建筑改造,解决民生问题。城镇老旧小区既有建筑外立面存在空鼓、开裂、渗漏、破损等诸多安全隐患,已成为当前亟需解决的问题。目前,红外热像技术已逐渐成熟,通过扫描建筑外立面可得到其温度分布图,既避免了危险作业,又能快速、非接触检测建筑外墙安全隐患,在既有建筑外立面改造中得到日益广泛的应用。分析了红外热像法的优势,并结合实际工程,验证了其检测建筑外立面空鼓、渗漏的有效性,详细总结了该方法的影响因素和注意事项。According to the spirit of the 2020 NPC and CPPCC sessions, China is vigorously promoting the renovation of old residential areas and existing buildings in cities and towns to solve people’s livelihood problems. The existing buildings in the old residential areas in cities and towns have many hidden safety risks, such as hollow drum, cracking, leakage, damage and so on, which has become an urgent problem to be solved. At present, the infrared thermal imaging technology has gradually matured, and the temperature profile can be obtained by scanning the building facade, which not only avoids the dangerous operation, but also can quickly and noncontact detect the risks of the building exterior wall. It has been increasingly widely used in the reconstruction of the existing building facade. The advantages of infrared thermography method are analyzed, and combined with the actual project, the effectiveness of infrared thermography method in detecting cavitation and leakage of building facade is verified, and the influencing factors and matters for attention of this method are summarized in detail.
