原穴温度动态变化中的太极针法作用

摘　　要：目的:对健康志愿者施以太极针调体术,观察脏腑原穴温度变化规律,探讨太极针的作用机制,指导朝医针灸临床。方法:选取54名健康人作为研究对象,采用ATIR-M301型医用红外热像仪,检测太极针施术前后的原穴温度。结果:太阴人:小脏器肺之原穴-太渊、大脏器肝之原穴-太冲穴术后温度较术前下降(P<0.05);少阳人:小脏器肾之原穴-太溪穴(右侧)、其“党与”大肠原穴-合谷穴术后温度较术前下降(P<0.05);少阴人:小脏器脾之“党与”胃原穴-冲阳穴(右侧)、大脏器肾之“党与”大肠原穴-合谷穴术后温度较术前下降(P<0.05)。结论:太极针能对四象人大小脏器的原穴,以及相关“党与”原穴温度产生影响,可能是通过调节脏腑功能而引起的原穴温度变化。Objective: Modulate healthy volunteer’s constitutions by Taiji acupuncture, and observe temperature changes of Yuanxue of viscera to discuss Taiji acupuncture’s working mechanism for instructing Korean Medicine acupuncture’s clinical application. Methods: With medical ATIR-M301 infra-red thermogram instrument, temperature of Yuanxue for 54 healthy volunteers are measured before and after Taiji acupuncture. Results: After acupuncture, the temperatures of Yuanxue of viscera is changed as below: Taiyin: small viscera lung’s Yuanxue-LU9 and large viscera liver’s Yuanxue-LR3 dropped(P <0.05);Shaoyang:small viscera kidney’s Yuanxue-KI3(right) and large intestine’s Yuanxue-LI4 which is closely associated with kidney dropped( P < 0. 05);Shaoyin : stomach’s Yuanxue-ST42( right) which is closely associated with small viscera spleen and large intestine’s Yuanxue-LI4 which is closely associated with large viscera kidney dropped(P <0.05). Conclusion: Taiji acupuncture has an effect on temperature of viscera’s Yuanxue and closely associated viscera’s Yuanxue for Sasang constitutions. The change of Yuanxue temperature is possibly induced by regulation of viscera’s deficiency and excess.
