摘　　要：美国糖尿病协会(ADA)/欧洲糖尿病研究协会(EASD)的专家小组于2021年9月就成人1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者的管理发布了共识报告,即《成人1型糖尿病管理:ADA/EASD联合共识》。该《共识》提出了针对成年T1DM的诊断流程及管理途径、建议实施个体化的血糖管理并避免发生低血糖,同时强调了糖尿病自我管理教育与支持在T1DM管理中的重要意义。The American Diabetes Association(ADA)and the European Association for the Study of Diabetes(EASD)convened a writing group to develop a consensus report on the management of type 1 diabetes in adults in September 2021.The writing group has proposed principles of the diagnosis and management of adult patients with type 1 diabetes,and has made suggestions for glycemic control with individualized glycemic targets to avoid hypoglycemia.They have also emphasized the importance of education and support for the self-management of diabetes in the management of type 1 diabetes.
