摘 要:为了提高铜基形状记忆合金(SMAs)的强度和阻尼性能,并保持较高的恢复应变,本文选择扭转预变形工艺(TPD)对Cu_(71.6)Al_(17)Mn_(11.4) SMA进行预变形处理,并且研究了几种不同TPD变形量对Cu_(71.6)Al_(17)Mn_(11.4) SMA的力学性能和相组织结构的影响。结果表明,通过TPD处理后,Cu_(71.6)Al_(17)Mn_(11.4) SMA在压缩过程中的马氏体相变开始应力与原始未扭转合金相比可显著提高82%,最大恢复应变仍在10%以上,并且合金的最大阻尼系数可以提高27%~43%。通过对扭转后合金横截面中的相组成分析发现,扭转后合金性能的改善与梯度分布的奥氏体和马氏体双相结构有关。本文所得结果可为通过梯度变形和相组织控制来改善功能材料的综合力学性能提供参考。In order to improve the strength and damping properties of Cu-based shape memory alloys(SMAs)and maintain a high restoring strain,the torsional pre-deformation(TPD)process was selected to pre-deform Cu_(71.6)Al_(17)Mn_(11.4)SMA.The effects of different TPD deformations on the mechanical properties and phase structure of Cu_(71.6)Al_(17)Mn_(11.4)SMA were also studied.The results show that the critical stress intensity of martensitic transformation of Cu_(71.6)Al_(17)Mn_(11.4)SMA during compression can be significantly increased by 82%,the maximum recovery strain is still above 10%,and the maximum damping coefficient can be increased by 27%to 43%.Through the analysis of the phase composition in the cross section of the alloy after twisting,it is found that the improvement of the alloy performance after twisting is related to the dual-phase structure of austenite and martensite with a gradient distribution.These results provide research ideas for improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of functional materials through gradient deformation and phase structure control.
