摘　　要：目的分析2017-2021年度漯河市流感监测结果,为流感防控措施的制定提供依据。方法对2017-2021年度漯河市哨点医院流感样病例(ILI)报告、病原学检测结果和ILI暴发疫情进行描述性分析。结果四个监测年度哨点医院共报告17782例ILI,ILI占相应门急诊病例总数的比例(ILI%)为1.12%,报告ILI中0~4岁占67.98%;共检测2796份ILI咽拭子标本,检出流感病毒核酸阳性433份(15.49%),其中新甲型H1N1最多,占38.80%。报告9起ILI暴发疫情,均发生在中小学校。结论2017-2021年度漯河市报告的ILI主要为0~14岁年龄组,流感流行优势毒株为新甲型H1N1。ILI暴发疫情主要发生在中小学校,应在流感流行高峰期前在中小学校开展健康教育和疫苗接种工作。Objective To analyze the results of influenza surveillance in Luohe city from 2017 to 2021,and provide evidence for the formulation of influenza prevention and control measures.Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted on the data of influenza-like illness(ILI)reports,etiological detection results and ILI outbreaks in Luohe city from 2017 to 2021.Results A total of 17782 cases of ILI were reported from the sentinel hospital in the four monitoring years,ILI cases accounted for 1.12%of the total number of outpatients and emergency cases,and 67.98%of the reported cases of ILI were in the age group of 0-4 years old.A total of 2796 throat swabs of ILI were detected,and 433(15.49%)were positive for influenza virus nucleic acid,among which the Influenza A H1N1(pdm09)was the most common,accounting for 38.80%.Nine outbreaks of ILI were reported,all occurred in primary or middle schools.Conclusions The ILI cases reported in Luohe city were mainly in the age group of 0-14 years old,and the predominant influenza strain was the Influenza A H1N1(pdm09).ILI outbreaks mainly occurred in primary or middle schools,and health education and vaccination should be carried out before the peak of influenza epidemics.
