摘 要:目的研究不同年龄成人人体脂肪成分的变化,掌握人体脂肪成分组成状况及变化趋势。方法选取2015年4月至2020年6月在郑州市第七人民医院进行人体脂肪成分分析的8179名成人体检者作为研究对象,分析不同年龄组成人体脂率和体水分含量及变化趋势。结果女性的体脂率、体脂肪量、内脏脂肪质量、皮下脂肪质量、肥胖度均是18~29岁组最低,分别为(23.1±6..0)%、(13.8±5.9)kg、(1.3±0.8)kg、(12.5±5.1)kg、(-0.6±16.0),年龄组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。男性、女性的肥胖度分别为(18.659±16.48)、(6.824±16.53),差异具有统计学意义(t=31.312,P<0.001);成年女性与男性身体年龄差、身体组分变化趋势等指标差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),男性、女性超重占比分别为45.5%和28.7%,男性、女性正常体重占比分别为12.3%和40.8%,两者体型差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1026.636,P<0.001)。结论女性的身体各组分指标优于男性,女性各年龄组的脂肪率及脂肪分布变化趋势优于男性。Objective To study the changes of body composition of fat in different age groups,and master the status and change trend of body composition.Method The physical examinees who received the analysis of body fat composition in Zhengzhou 7 th People’s Hospital were selected as the research participants,and change trend of body fat rate and the content of body water in different age groups were analyzed.Results The body fat rate,body fat mass,visceral fat weight,subcutaneous fat weight and obesity degree of women in 18-29-year-old groups were the lowest in all age groups,which were(23.1±6.0)%,(13.8±5.9)kg,(1.3±0.8)kg,(12.5±5.1)kg and(-0.6±16.0),respectively,and their differences among age groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The obesity degrees of men and women were(18.659±16.48)and(6.824±16.53),respectively,and the difference between them was statistically significant(t=31.312,P<0.001).There were significant differences in body age difference,body composition change trend and other indicators between adult women and men(all P<0.05).The proportion of overweight in men and women was 45.5% and 28.7%,respectively,and the proportion of normal weight in men and women was 12.3% and 40.8%,respectively(χ^(2)=1026.636,P<0.001).Conclusion The indexes of body composition of women are better than those of men,and the changes of fat rate and fat distribution of women in all age groups are significantly better than those of men.
