清浊祛毒丸抗炎镇痛解热作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究清浊祛毒丸的抗炎、镇痛和解热的作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀实验观察清浊祛毒丸的抗炎作用,采用热板法和乙酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用,采用干酵母致大鼠发热模型研究其解热作用。结果:抗炎实验结果显示,与对照组相比,清浊祛毒丸给药组小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足肿胀有显著减少(P<0.05);镇痛实验结果显示,与对照组小鼠相比,清浊祛毒丸给药组小鼠疼痛反应的潜伏期和痛阈值均显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);解热实验结果显示,与模型组小鼠相比,清浊祛毒丸给药组大鼠体温显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:清浊祛毒丸具有良好的抗炎、镇痛和解热作用。Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects of Qingzhuo Qudu pills.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effect of Qingzhuo Qudu pills was observed by xylene induced ear swelling in mice and carrageenan induced foot swelling in rats. The analgesic effect was observed by hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method. The antipyretic effect was studied by dry yeast induced fever model in rats. Results: The results of antiinflammatory experiment showed that compared with the control group,the ear swelling of mice and foot swelling of rats in Qingzhuo Qudu pills group were significantly reduced(P<0.05). The results of analgesic experiment showed that the latency and pain threshold of pain response in mice treated with Qingzhuo Qudu pills were significantly increased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). The results of antipyretic experiment showed that compared with the model group,the body temperature of rats in Qingzhuo Qudu pills group decreased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion:Qingzhuo Qudu pills has good anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic effects.
