摘　　要：回顾近10年来中医外治法治疗小儿遗尿的临床研究,认为中医外治法治疗小儿遗尿有方便使用、依从性好、复发率低、改善伴随症状等优势,但其在治疗标准及疗效评估方面尚无统一标准,部分外治方法的安全性有待评价。This paper reviews the clinical research on the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent 10 years. It is considered that the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of convenient use,good compliance,low recurrence rate and improvement of accompanying symptoms,but there is no unified standard in the treatment standard and efficacy evaluation,and the safety of some external treatment methods needs to be evaluated.
