润肺祛痰止咳汤联合西医疗法治疗感染后咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察润肺祛痰止咳汤联合西医疗法治疗感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取感染后咳嗽患者76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予润肺祛痰止咳汤治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后日间咳嗽评分和夜间咳嗽评分及莱塞斯特咳嗽生活质量问卷(LCQ)评分。结果:观察组临床总有效率(94.74%)高于对照组(78.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.15,P<0.05)。治疗前,2组日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组LCQ各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组LCQ各项评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后LCQ各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:润肺祛痰止咳汤联合西医疗法治疗感染后咳嗽患者的疗效确切,能明显改善咳嗽症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Runfei Qutan Zhike tang combined with western medicine therapy for post-infectious cough. Methods:A total of 76 cases of patients with post-infectious cough were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Runfei Qutan Zhike tang based on the treatment of the control group. Clinical effects were evaluated in the two groups. Before and after treatment, scores of daytime cough and nighttime cough as well as Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ) were compared between the two groups. Results:The total clinical effective rate was 94.74% in the observation group,higher than that of 78.95% in the control group,the difference being significant(χ^(2)=4.15,P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of daytime cough and nighttime cough between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,scores of daytime cough and nighttime cough in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the two scores in the observation groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of each item in LCQ between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,score of each item in LCQ in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and each score in the observation groups was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Runfei Qutan Zhike tang combined with western medicine therapy has a defined curative effect in the treatment of post-infectious cough,which can obviously improve cough symptoms and quality of life.
