浅谈从脾论治复发性流产

摘　　要：复发性流产属于中医数堕胎、滑胎等范畴,目前临床上治疗该疾病的新趋势是采用中西医结合治疗,中医治疗复发性流产的基本方法是辨证论治。中医认为脾为后天之本,与复发性流产关系密切,从脾的角度出发,治疗复发性流产是临床常用的重要治法。Recurrent spontaneous abortion belongs to the category of abortion and slippery fetus in traditional Chinese medicine. At present,the new trend of clinical treatment of this disease is to use integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The basic method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen is the foundation of acquired constitution and is closely related to recurrent spontaneous abortion. From the perspective of the spleen, the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is an important treatment commonly used in clinic.
