摘 要:针对榆北地区煤层顶板厚度大、完整性较好、初次来压显现剧烈的问题,进行定向水力压裂顶板分层垮落技术研究。以某矿2106工作面为背景,基于固支梁理论计算了工作面初次来压步距,通过UDEC数值模拟分析了水力压裂对工作面覆岩垮落规律的影响。结果表明:覆岩内水压裂缝的重要性排序为下层位>中层位>上层位,水力压裂应对较低层位的覆岩进行重点处理;水压裂缝具有分散转移基本顶上覆岩层载荷的作用,可以缓和基本顶及其上覆岩层的沉降垮落过程;定向水力压裂顶板分层垮落技术可以达到分层垮落顶板、缩短初次来压步距、降低工作面矿压显现的作用。应用效果由工作面矿压监测得到验证。Response to problem as intense first weighting in coal mines of Yubei area that have high thickness and good integrity roof,study of directional hydraulic fracturing roof stratified caving technology has been conducted.Taking panel 2106 of a mine as engineering background,based on clamped beam theory,first weighting distance of working face has been calculated.Effects of hydraulic fracturing on overburden rock collapse of working face have been analyzed through UDEC numerical simulation.Results show that the order of importance of hydraulic fractures in overburden strata is lower layer > middle layer > upper layer.The lower layer should be pay more attention to during hydraulic fracturing.Hydraulic fractures have an effect of dispersive transfer the overburden loading of the basic roof,which could allay subside and collapse process of the basic roof and its overlying strata.The technology of directional hydraulic fracturing roof delamination caving can achieve the effect of roof delamination caving,shortening the first weighting step and reducing the mine pressure behavior of working face.The application effect was verified by mining pressure monitoring of working face.
