摘 要:针对上山掘进揭煤时间长、揭煤过程顶板管理难度大、煤层突出危险性强等问题,以潘三矿1652(3)运顺进料巷为工程背景,从区域防突、掘进工艺和顶板管理3个方面综合研究,提出采用“专巷预抽增效、台阶导硐平行作业、金属骨架注浆加固、内锚外架联合支护、成巷喷浆”5步联动揭煤法,实现了上山掘进安全快速揭煤,进尺效率增加了50%,揭煤工期缩短了1个月,有效缓解了矿井接替局面,可为同类型地质条件下的上山掘进揭煤工作提供借鉴。Aiming at the problems such as long time of uncovering coal in mountain excavation,difficult roof management in the process of uncovering coal,and strong risk of outburst of coal seam,with an engineering background of 1652(3) Yunshun inlet material lane in Pansan mine,a comprehensive study was made from three aspects of regional outburst prevention,tunneling technology and roof management,one five-step joint coal uncovering method was put forward,which includes pre-pumping and enhancing efficiency of special roadway,parallel construction of step guide,reinforcement by metallic framework and advance grouting,combined support of internal anchor and external frame,and grouting in roadway formation,the safe and fast coal uncovering in raise driving was realized,the drivage efficiency was increased by 50%,the uncovering period was shortened by one month,the mine replacement situation was effectively alleviated,this technology can be used for reference in the same type of geological conditions.
