摘 要:以镇城底矿22212运输巷为例,研究了注浆锚索对破碎顶板巷道的加固作用,揭示了注浆加固机理,提出了注浆锚索与原支护方式联合支护方案。研究表明,破碎围岩条件的巷道,围岩难以形成有效整体,围岩变形加剧。通过注浆,能够固结破碎岩体,增强其整体承载能力,改善应力状态,控制围岩变形,从而提高巷道稳定性。在22212原支护方案的基础上,提出采用注浆锚索对巷道围岩进行加固,根据监测,加固后巷道顶板下沉量由原支护方式的262 mm减小为18 mm,减小了93%,两帮移近量也有所下降,巷道得到有效控制,研究可为类似条件的巷道支护提供借鉴。Taking the support of 22212 roadway in Zhenchengdi coal mine as background,the reinforcement effect of grouting anchor cables on broken roof roadway is studied,and the mechanism of grouting reinforcement is revealed.A combined support scheme of anchor cable and original support method is put forward.Studies show that in the roadway with broken surrounding rock,the surrounding rock is difficult to form effective and whole roof,and the deformation of surrounding rock is intensified.Through grouting,it is possible to consolidate broken rock,enhance its overall bearing capacity,improve stress state,control surrounding rock deformation,and thereby improve the stability of the roadway.On the basis of the original support method of 22212 roadway,it is proposed to use grouting anchor cables to reinforce the surrounding rock of the roadway.According to the monitoring,the roof subsidence of the roadway after reinforcement decreases from 262 mm in the original support method to18 mm,a reduction of 93%,the approaching amount of the two sides of the roadway also decreases,and the roadway has been effectively controlled.The research can provide a reference for roadway support under similar mining conditions.
