摘  要:为了对顾北矿煤自燃过程进行准确预测,通过煤自燃程序升温实验和煤自然发火实验,分析了氧化升温过程中各种气体的变化规律。结果显示:氧气浓度对自燃升温历程有较大影响;CO,O_(2),CO/ΔO_(2),C_(2)H_(6),C_(2)H_(6)和C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)可作为顾北矿煤自燃的特征指标;通过指标气体得到了顾北矿煤氧化升温过程中吸附(40℃~50℃)、复合(50℃~60℃)、临界(80℃~90℃)、热分解(90℃~110℃)、裂变(140℃~160℃)5个特征温度及其阈值。据此将顾北矿煤自燃过程可分为潜伏、氧化、临界、热分解、裂变、燃烧6个时期,定义每个时期的预警名称依次为灰色、蓝色、黄色、红色、黑色。这为预测顾北矿煤自燃程度提供了依据,对顾北矿煤自燃治理具有重要意义。In order to accurately predict the process of coal spontaneous combustion in Gubei mine,through the coal spontaneous combustion temperature program experiment and coal spontaneous combustion experiment,the changes of various gases in the process of oxidation and heating were analyzed.The results show that the oxygen concentration has a great influence on the spontaneous combustion process;CO,O_(2),CO/ΔO_(2),C_(2)H_(6),C_(2)H_(6)and C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)can be used as the characteristic indicators of the spontaneous combustion of the Gubei coal.The oxidation of the Gubei coal can be obtained through the indicator gas five characteristic temperatures of adsorption(40℃-50℃),recombination(50℃-60℃),critical(80℃-90℃),thermal decomposition(90℃-110℃),fission(140℃-160℃)and their thresholds during the heating process.According to this,the coal spontaneous combustion process of Gubei coal mine can be divided into six periods:latent,oxidation,criticality,thermal decomposition,fission,and combustion.The warning names for each period are defined as gray,blue,yellow,red,and black.This provides a basis for predicting the degree of coal spontaneous combustion in Gubei coal mine,and is of great significance to the control of coal spontaneous combustion in Gubei coal mine.
