摘  要:为了摸清单滚筒采煤工作面粉尘扩散污染规律,针对乌东煤矿B3-6综采工作面,采用ANSYS FLUENT软件构建了风流-粉尘两相耦合数学模型,对0.5~2.0 m/s进风风速影响下粉尘扩散污染规律进行仿真分析。结果表明:当进风风速为0.5 m/s时,滚筒处的煤块诱导风流致使部分风流流入人行道区域,风速达到1.40 m/s;当进风风速增加至1.5 m/s时,滚筒部分的风流很少直接进入人行道区域,同时高浓度粉尘被风流迅速稀释,采煤机下风侧呼吸带粉尘浓度整体趋势为逐渐增加后稳定,粉尘浓度基本低于200 mg/m^(3),可有效抑制截割粉尘向有人作业区的人行道扩散污染。通过现场实测发现,粉尘浓度相对误差均小于17.3%,可认为数值模型相对准确。In order to find out the dust diffusion pollution law of single drum coal face,adopted ANSYS FLUENT software to build airflow-dust two-phase coupling mathematical model in B3-6fully mechanized mining face of Wudong coal mine,and made simulation analysis on the dust diffusion pollution law under the influence of 0.5-2.0 m/s inlet air speed.The results showed that when inlet air speed was0.5 m/s,the airflow induced by coal at the roller led part of the airflow into the sidewalk area,and the air speed reached 1.40 m/s;when the air speed increased to 1.5 m/s,the airflow in the drum part rarely directly entered the sidewalk area,and the high-concentration dust was rapidly diluted by the airflow at the same time.The overall trend of dust concentration in the breathing zone on the downwind side of the shearer was gradually increased and then tend to be stable,and the dust concentration was basically lower than 200 mg/m^(3),which can effectively inhibit the diffusion pollution of cutting dust to the sidewalk in manned operation areas.Through field measurement,it was found that the relative error of dust concentration was less than 17.3%,which can be considered that the numerical model was relatively accurate.
