摘  要:针对传统悬臂式掘进机装载机构装运能力差,且在截割部清理底板煤岩过程中掘进机悬臂段距星轮垂直距离较近容易与煤岩发生摩擦,产生磨损破坏的问题。设计一款薄型装载机构,在保证强度的前提下,提出了改向链轮超前衔接的理念。通过对装载机构结构的优化,可以有效地避免掘进机悬臂段的磨损,降低设备故障率,增强装载机构的装载运输能力,提高掘进机的适应性。In view of the poor loading capacity of the loading mechanism of the traditional cantilever roadheader,and the short vertical distance between the cantilever section of the roadheader and the star wheel in the process of cleaning the coal and rock of the bottom plate at the cutting section,it is easy to rub with the coal and rock,resulting in wear and damage.A thin loader is designed.On the premise of ensuring the strength,the concept of changing the direction of sprocket advance connection is put forward.By optimizing the structure of the loader,it can effectively avoid the wear of the cantilever section of the roadheader,reduce the equipment failure rate,enhance the loading and transportation capacity of the loader and improve the adaptability of the roadheader.
