摘 要:针对输煤设备现场人工监测方式效率较低、实时性较差等不足,通过分析输煤设备输煤过程以及监测内容,设计了一种基于物联网的设备监测系统,并结合实际需求对硬件部分进行选型。系统采用自定义通信协议方式来实现数据的封包与解包,利用Socket中TCP的3次握手建立连接,来确保数据传输的安全性与稳定性。根据监测系统数据库概念模型的实体-联系关系建立相应的基础信息表,采用多种方式优化数据库,提升其响应速度。实验表明,系统运行较为稳定,传输效率较高,满足监测实时性要求;数据库CPU使用率较低,响应速度快,能够进一步提升设备的监测效率。Aiming at the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor real-time of on-site manual monitoring of coal handling equipment,after analyzing the coal handling process and monitoring content of coal handling equipment,an equipment monitoring system based on Internet of things is designed,and the hardware part is selected according to the actual demand.The system uses user-defined communication protocol to realize data packet and unpacking,and uses the three-time handshake of TCP in Socket to establish a connection to ensure the security and stability of data transmission.According to the entity relationship of the conceptual model of the monitoring system database,the corresponding basic information table is established,and the database is optimized in various ways to improve its response speed.The test shows that the system runs stably and has high transmission efficiency,which meets the requirements of real-time monitoring;the database has low CPU utilization and fast response speed,which can further improve the monitoring efficiency of the equipment.
