摘 要:为研究阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)分子量对难沉降煤泥水的影响,使用XRD和筛分分析法对煤泥水进行了矿物和粒度组成分析,探究了不同分子量下煤泥水的沉降特性和稳定性。通过ζ电位测试研究煤泥颗粒表面电性质的变化。研究表明:煤泥水难沉降的主要原因是煤泥水中含有大量的微细粒高岭石和石英。APAM配合聚合氯化铝使用时,一定范围内,随着APAM分子量增大,初始沉降速度增快,上清液浊度降低,压缩区高度减小,煤泥水体系稳定性先变差再变好。ζ电位测试结果表明聚合氯化铝能够降低煤泥颗粒的ζ电位,促进微细煤泥颗粒的凝聚。In order to study the influence of the molecular weight of anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)on the difficult-to-settling slime water,XRD and sieve analysis were used to analyze the mineral and particle size composition of the slime water,and the settling characteristics and stability of the slime water under different molecular weights were explored.The zeta potential test is used to study the changes in the electrical properties of coal slime particles.Studies have shown that the main reason why slime water is difficult to settle is that the slime water contains a large amount of fine-grained kaolinite and quartz.When APAM is used in combination with polyaluminum chloride,within a certain range,as the molecular weight of APAM increases,the initial settling rate increases,the turbidity of the supernatant liquid decreases,and the height of the compression zone decreases,the stability of the slime water system first becomes worse and then better.The zeta potential test results show that polyaluminum chloride can reduce the zeta potential of slime particles and promote the agglomeration of fine slime particles.
