摘 要:蒸发结晶法制备APT工艺简单,但制备的APT粒径较大,严重降低了后续产品的质量。采用响应曲面法研究了搅拌速度、钨酸铵浓度、反应温度对APT的D;以及Span的影响,进而对APT的蒸发结晶工艺进行了优化。结果表明:三个因素中,对D;影响的顺序为反应温度>钨酸铵浓度>搅拌速度,对Span影响顺序为钨酸铵浓度>搅拌速度>反应温度;最佳工艺条件为搅拌速度271 r/min,钨酸铵浓度178.9 g/L,反应温度81.6℃。在最优工艺条件下,实验制备所得APT的D;为20.31μm, Span为1.323,相较于其他样品均有较大的减小,减小的原因在于低搅拌速度和低反应温度抑制了晶体生长,高钨酸铵浓度促进了晶体形核。The process of preparing APT by evaporation and crystallization method is simple, but the particle size of the prepared APT is relatively large, which seriously reduces the quality of subsequent products.The influences of stirring speed, ammonium tungstate concentration, and reaction temperature on the D;and Span of APT were studied by response surface method, and then the evaporation and crystallization process of APT was optimized.The results show that among the three factors, the order of influence on D;is reaction temperature>ammonium tungstate concentration>stirring speed, and the order of influence on Span is ammonium tungstate concentration>stirring speed>reaction temperature.The optimal process conditions are stirring speed of 271 r/min, ammonium tungstate concentration of 178.9 g/L,and reaction temperature of 81.6 ℃.Under the optimal process conditions, the D;and Span of the APT prepared in the experiment are 20.31 μm and 1.323,respectively, which are greatly reduced compared with other samples.The reason for the reduction is that low stirring speed and low reaction temperature inhibit crystal growth, and high ammonium tungstate concentration promotes crystal nucleation.
