摘 要:采用还原焙烧-酸浸技术对电解金属锰阳极泥进行无害化资源化处理,使其中的四价锰还原成二价锰,还原产物用作电解金属锰生产原料,并回收利用渣中有价金属铅。试验结果表明,当还原焙烧温度为850~900℃,焙烧时间为40~60 min,还原剂用量为10%~15%时,锰在硫酸体系中浸出率达99%以上,渣中铅含量达50%以上,电解金属锰阳极泥还原焙烧-酸浸处理效果最好。The electrolytic manganese anode slime was subjected to harmless resource treatment by reduction roasting-acid leaching technology to reduce tetravalent manganese to divalent manganese.The reduction product was used as raw material for electrolytic manganese production,and the valuable metal Pb in the slag was also recovered.The experimental results show that when the reduction roasting temperature is 850~900℃,the roasting time is 40~60 min,and the reducing agent dosage is 10%~15%,the manganese leaching rate in sulfuric acid system is more than 99%,the lead content in the slag is more than 50%,and the best effect is achieved of reduction roasting-acid leaching treatment of electrolytic manganese anode slime.
