摘  要:机场航站楼中,冷机是空调系统实现热量从低温环境传向高温环境的核心设备。以我国寒冷地区某大型机场航站楼为例,介绍了其冷水冷源系统实际运行性能,重点针对冷水机组及水系统运行特性开展了实测研究,总结出其重点设备和系统调控存在的关键问题,并有针对性地提出了优化调试方法,在保证实际供冷效果的基础上,提升系统运行性能和经济效益,以期对未来不同阶段、不同使用场景下冷源侧运行进行指导。通过研究认识到,冷水机组节能运行关键要把握两点:一是精准,要按照末端需求供应与之“量”和“质”相匹配的冷量;二是高效,要在精准的前提下尽可能少的消耗能源。As the core equipment of air conditioning system, chiller is the core equipment to transfer heat from low-temperature environment to high-temperature environment. It can be considered as the source of “generation” of cooling capacity. The chiller is to prepare cooling capacity under the condition of consuming certain electric energy, which requires it to grasp two keys: accuracy and efficiency. Precision is to supply the cooling capacity matching the “quantity” and “quality” according to the end demand. Efficiency is to consume as little energy as possible on the premise of precision. Taking a large airport terminal in cold regions of China as an example, this paper introduces the actual operation performance of its cold source system, focuses on the actual measurement and research on the operation characteristics of chillers and water systems, summarizes the key problems existing in its key equipment and system regulation, and proposes the optimization and commissioning method. On the basis of ensuring the actual cooling effect, the operation performance and economic benefits of the system are improved, in order to guide the operation of the cold source side in different stages and different use scenarios in the future.
