摘  要:西安农村地区冬季采暖能耗较高,主要是外围护结构保温隔热性能差、采暖方式选择不合理所造成的。经调研发现,西安农村学校冬季室内热环境大多未能达到热舒适标准,且采暖效率低下。为提出适宜的清洁取暖改造方案以降低农村学校建筑冬季采暖能耗、改善教室热环境,对西安两所农村学校进行了热源改造和围护结构改造,并基于舒适度和节能性指标对改造效果进行测试和评价。热环境实测表明,使用低温空气源热泵热风机作为教室热源可明显改善室内热环境,提高人员舒适度;能耗模拟计算表明,对外墙及门窗进行改造可使建筑采暖能耗显著降低并提高节能率。研究结论可为北方农村学校清洁取暖改造工作提供理论依据和数据参考。The winter heating energy consumption is high in rural areas in Xi’an. It is mainly caused by poor thermal insulation performance of the outer protective structure and unreasonable selection of heating methods. According to research, the indoor thermal environment of rural schools in Xi’an in winter mostly fails to meet thermal comfort standards and the heating efficiency is low. In order to propose a suitable clean heating retrofit plan to reduce the winter heating energy consumption of rural school buildings and improve the thermal environment of the classrooms, two rural schools in Xi’an are retrofitted on heat sources and enclosure structures, and the effects of the retrofit are tested and evaluated based on comfort and energy-saving indicators. The thermal environment measurement shows that the use of low-temperature air source heat pump air heaters as the classroom heat source can significantly improve the indoor thermal environment and personnel comfort;The energy consumption simulation calculation shows the retrofit of external walls, doors and windows can significantly reduce building heating energy consumption and increase energy saving rate. The research conclusions can provide theoretical basis and data reference for the clean heating retrofit of northern rural schools.
