摘  要:目前既有玻璃幕墙是公共建筑围护结构节能最薄弱部位,某办公楼既有玻璃幕墙进行节能改造后,在夏季对改造后既有玻璃幕墙各部位表面温度、室内外空气温度和中间层空气温度进行持续实测。结果表明:节能改造前单层玻璃室内外表面温度基本一致,在中午时刻最高温度可达53.0℃左右。依据热工计算规程,分别对节能改造前既有玻璃幕墙、改造后铝合金窗和整体进行了传热系数校核计算。节能改造后既有玻璃幕墙整体的隔热效果比较好,室内空间的空调负荷降低,室内侧玻璃幕墙附近人体舒适度提升。通过红外热像仪分析了改造前后室内立面温度分布情况,改造后室内立面温度分布均匀,无明显热工缺陷。在既有玻璃幕墙室内侧安装一层铝合金窗的节能改造方案具有借鉴意义。Now existing glass curtain wall is the weakest and crucial energy-saving component of building envelope. After the energy-saving retrofitting of the existing glass curtain wall of an office building, the temperatures of the surface of each part of the existing glass curtain wall, indoor and outdoor air and the middle layer air are continuously measured in summer. The results show that the indoor and outdoor surface temperatures of single-layer glass are basically same before the energy-saving retrofitting, the highest temperature is about 53.0 ℃ at noon. According to the calculation specification for thermal performance, the thermal transmittance of existing glass curtain wall before the energy-saving retrofitting, the aluminum alloy window after the retrofitting and the whole system are checked and calculated. The thermal insulation effect of the existing glass curtain wall is better after the energy-saving retrofitting. The air conditioning load of the interior space is reduced, and the human comfort near the glass curtain wall of the interior is improved. The temperature distribution of the interior facade before and after the retrofitting is analyzed by the infrared camera, the temperature distribution of the retrofitted interior facade is looked uniform and no obvious thermal defect observed. The energy-saving retrofitting scheme of installing a layer of aluminum window behind the interior side of the existing glass curtain wall has some reference significance.
