摘　　要：李维汉关于民族工作的理论与实践对新中国的民族工作具有奠基性作用,对当代民族工作的创新发展具有重要借鉴和启示意义。文章重点论述了李维汉在主张实施民族区域自治、积极推进民族区域自治、及时纠正民族工作中的偏差、主导西藏和平解放和发展等方面所作出的贡献,并从民族工作必须坚持马克思主义民族理论与中国实际相结合、民族工作必须遵循民族及民族问题的发展规律、民族工作必须善于运用马克思主义分析问题的方法、民族工作必须探索适合中国国情的方法措施等四个方面总结李维汉关于民族工作的理论与实践对当代民族工作的启示。The theory and p ractice of LI Wei-han for ethnic work has a foundational effect on ethnic work in the people’s pepubl’c of China, and has an important inspiration for the innovation and development of contemporary ethnic work.This paper is focusing on his contributions in advocating the implementation of ethnic regional autonomy, actively promoting ethnic regional autonomy, promptly correcting deviations in ethnic work, and leading the peaceful liberation and development of Tibet. This article believes that the theory and practice of LI Wei-han for ethnic work has the following enlightenment for contemporary ethnic work:Ethnic work must adhere to the integration of Marxist ethnic theory with China’s reality;Ethnic work must follow the laws of development of ethnic and ethnic issues;Ethnic work must be good at applying Marxist methods of problem analysis, and ethnic work must explore methods and measures that suit China’s ethnic conditions.
