摘　　要：T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白域分子(T cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain protein,TIM)-4是只表达于抗原提呈细胞(antigen-presenting cell,APC)表面TIM基因家族的成员之一。TIM-4作为TIM-1天然配体,这两者相互作用可调节T细胞的活化与增殖。TIM-4的另一配体为磷脂酰丝氨酸(phosphatidylserine,PS),TIM-4与PS结合起促进巨噬细胞对凋亡细胞的吞噬作用。大量研究表明,TIM-4异常表达与病毒感染免疫应答调节、抗病毒免疫反应、慢性病毒感染疾病及恶性肿瘤等密切相关。文章就TIM-4在病毒相关疾病感染中的表达及机制作用进行综述。T cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain protein(TIM)-4 is a member of the TIM gene family which is only expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cell(APC).TIM-4 is a natural ligand of TIM-1,and its interaction regulates the activation and proliferation of T cells.The other ligand of TIM-4 is phosphatidylserine(PS),and the combination of TIM-4 and PS can promote the phagocytosis of macrophages to apoptotic cells.A large number of studies have shown that the abnormal expression of TIM-4 is closely related to the regulation of immune response to viral infection,antiviral immune response,chronic viral infection diseases and malignant tumors.In this review,the expression and mechanism of TIM-4 in the progression of virus-associated diseases were summarized.
