摘 要:该文以位于中心城区的天津湾D地块津都湾广场基坑工程为背景,说明由于超大型深基坑具有受影响因素更多更复杂、对周边环境影响范围大、时间持久等特点,应该精细化设计与施工。选择合理的支护形式、支撑体系和施工措施,在确保基坑顺利开挖和周边环境安全的前提下,尽可能做到节约投资、施工快捷。该工程为同类工程的设计与施工提供了有益的参考。Taking the foundation pit project of Jinduwan Square in Tianjin Bay plot D in the central urban area as the background,this paper shows that the super large deep foundation pit should be finely designed and constructed because it has the characteristics of more and more complex influencing factors,large impact range and lasting time on the surrounding environment.Selecting the reasonable support type,support system and construction measures,on the premise of ensuring the smooth excavation of foundation pit and the safety of surrounding environment,the investment shall be saved and the construction shall be fast as possible.The engineering provides a useful reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
