摘　　要：过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)是临床常见肾脏疾病,发病率逐年上升。马鸿杰教授根据多年临床经验认.为其病性属本虚标实,病位在肺、脾、肾三脏,病机为肺、脾、肾三脏虚损,瘀热灼络。同时,结合临床激素及免疫抑制剂的干预治疗,将HSPN进行辨证分型、分期诊治。该文对马鸿杰教授临床治疗HSPN经验进行详细阐述。The incidence of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,a common renal disease in clinical practice,has been on the rise.Professor Ma Hongjie,with years of clinical experience,believes that the nature of the disease is deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality and that the disease is located in the three Zang organs of lung,spleen,and kidney.The pathogenesis is deficiency of the three Zang organs,and stagnated heat scorching collaterals.Based on the intervention with clinical hormones and immunosuppressants,this disease is treated depending on syndrome and stage.This paper describes Professor Ma Hongjie's clinical experience in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.
